Wexford coast has its own unique Terracotta Clay, known locally as Macamore. Infamously heavy and plastic this clay was pushed up from the seabed by glaciers, some 80,000 years ago. Here we have several figurative pieces created from this Macamore clay. Other elements include more contemporary materials also deposited on our local beach.
